| Vivian marie Crooks | Today is day 7 for me and I feel great. I even got on my elliptical machine this morning at 10:00. I could not believe I was doing that. You see, after waking up at 05:00 for 47 years, I still do it. So I turn off the porch light, drink some water, pee, and go back to sleep until 10:30 or 11:00, unless I have something to do.
