Just like you, I struggled for many years with my weight loss. I looked in the mirror , and did not recgonize what I saw. I still felt like "me" but the reflection did not "mirror" what I felt on the inside. I was the typical sterotype of a middle aged woman. I was depressed , moody, overweight, and wearing baggy clothes to hide my "gut" I was a hot flash, night sweat, overweight baggy clothed hot mess. Yes yoga pants had become my uniform! LOL
I had seen pictures of women in their 40's, 50's and 60's in incredible shape, and thought to myself....what is their secret??? Do they live in a gym??? Eat lettuce all day??? I wanted to crack the code...to get my Foxy back.
So that is when I stumbled across the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse. I was intrigued, so I bought the book, read it cover to cover, went shopping that night and started the very next day. Little did I know the changes that were about to occur......
After 10 days, I was sleeping better, my sugar cravings had subsided, and the dark circles under my eyes that had been plaguing me for years were fading. To top it all off I had lost 14 pounds!!! Poof , gone....I could not believe what was happening!!
