My name is LaTisha Palmer and I am a Certified GSC Leader in the Washington, D.C. area. I didn't know that when I started this journey in March of 2014 I would be in a position like this to help others. I struggled with my weight for so many years that I never know how important it was until my mother passed from a Diabetic coma in November of 2009. I have lost 30 pounds and lost a tremendous amount of inches on the 10 Day Green Smoothie Cleanse!  Just like others I have struggled with my weight most of my adult hood life and more after I had my daughter. The weight began to creep up on me so intensely that my health was breaking down with: High Blood Pressure, Thyroid disease, Vertigo and more at the age of 30. One day I decided to take control and every passing day got better, I feel better about myself, More energy, and I look better etc. But, most importantly I am not on anymore medications !
