My cholesterol and triglycerides were high, I was almost pre-diabetic and my thyroid was not functioning correctly.

Seven and a half months later, I have gone from a tight 16 to a 8/10 and from a 1X top to a medium. I accomplished this even with my abnormal thyroid!
