My name is Liz Howard and I am addicted to sugar!!! I started my GSC journey on May 12th, 2015 and let me tell you this is not my first attempt at weight loss!!! I have tried Weight Watchers, Herbal Magic, Isagenix, HSC drops, Dr Bernstein you name it!!! I have battled with my weight for as long as I can remember, my nickname growing up was "Thunder Thighs". I am also an emotional eater, I had 5 pregnancies in 2 years, 3 ended in miscarriages and boy did I eat...I would sneak food into the house, hide chocolate in my car, drink 2 Dr. Peppers a day and eat at least 2 chocolate bars a day!!! I did not eat a lot, it was what I ate!!! Then along came this great little book "10-Day Green Smoothie Cleanse" and I am hooked!!! I have not had a soft drink since I started, but I won't lie I have had a chocolate bar!!! I am off my blood pressure pills and sleeping pills!!! I have had cheat meals...but I always go back to my smoothies!!! I have lost 45lbs (never to be found again) and a total of 23 inches, my skin is glowing and my energy has greatly improved. I have been recently diagnosed with Sciatica which makes exercising very difficult but I am not giving up!!! This is a lifestyle change not a diet and I have at least another 25 lbs to lose and with the support of JJ Smith, the VIP's, my family, and this group I can and will succeed!!! I am the Canadian Green Smoothie Girl!!!
